Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in software engineering, data engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, or consulting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with modern data stacks, ETL processes, and enterprise-level data pipelines. Expertise in SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Snowflake, and Looker
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for helping customers succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on data ingestion, governance, and best practices
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, developing solutions that align with their objectives
- Build custom integrations and resolve technical issues during customer onboarding
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for feature improvements and innovation
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and share knowledge within the team and the community
