Summary

The Solutions Architect role at Cohere involves growing the business by developing deep customer understanding, mapping problems to solutions, leading technical talks, designing enterprise solutions, collaborating with partners, and providing guidance on best practices. The candidate should have 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales experience, 5+ years working with Sales to drive GTM motions, 2+ years architecting or deploying cloud-native solutions, a passion for Generative AI, fundamental knowledge of ML and NLP, comfortability with Python and Jupyter Notebooks, excellent communication skills, and a high tolerance for ambiguity. Preferred experience with large language models and version control/Git.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Developing a deep understanding of customer problems
• Mapping customer problems to Cohere solutions
• Leading technical talks on customer calls
• Designing enterprise solutions with bleeding-edge NLP technology
• Facilitating customer evaluations and PoC
• Collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure offerings match customers’ desires
