Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving AI and/or web3/crypto
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Demonstrable experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions in innovative tech environments
  • Proficiency with blockchain technologies, especially the Cosmos SDK, including smart contracts, tokenomics, and decentralized systems
  • Understanding of AI model architectures, data science, and machine learning workflows such as deploying AI agents on decentralized platforms
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, particularly in deploying scalable AI or blockchain solutions, on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with designing and implementing APIs and SDKs, ideally in the context of AI and blockchain ecosystems
  • Knowledge of data privacy, encryption, and secure architecture

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver compelling demos including recorded content for our user documentation library
  • Support updates to developer documentation
  • Act as the main point of contact for inbound technical requests, guiding partners through onboarding and initial integration
  • Collaborate directly with key partners, diving deep into their technical challenges to identify solutions
  • Provide high-level product advice aligning partners goals to optimize integration success
  • Assist clients and partners with API integrations and technical troubleshooting
  • Evaluate potential partners' compatibility with our layer 1 blockchain (Cosmos + EVM compatible)
  • Support and participate in online and in-person hackathons when needed
  • Collaborate with the BD team on technical aspects of partnerships and integrations
  • Lead technical aspects of pre-sales and customer expansion conversations
  • Act as a liaison between sales and engineering teams
  • Manage technical scoping, implementation, and success during initial pilot phases
  • Contribute to product strategy based on market insights and customer feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience
  • Familiarity with Cosmos + EVM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience in customer success or technical support roles
  • Background in information security, particularly in blockchain contexts
