Summary

Join Keboola as a Senior Sales Engineer and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. Partner with Account Executives to engage prospective clients, lead technical discovery, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. You will manage proof-of-concept engagements, develop data workflows, and act as a domain expert within the Sales Engineering team. Leverage your expertise in data workflows, APIs, and SaaS architectures to help customers solve their data challenges. Contribute thought leadership and share best practices to elevate team performance. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a supportive and flexible environment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical role within a SaaS or data-driven environment (ideally +5 years experience)
  • Expertise in ETL workflow design, data tools, and analytics to solve complex problems
  • Ability to translate customer challenges into actionable solutions using Keboola
  • Effective communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation
  • Understanding of SaaS architecture, data workflows, and ETL processes
  • Hands-on experience with data tools, analytics, and technical demonstrations
  • Ability to design tailored solutions for diverse industries (e.g., hospitality, e-commerce, finance)
  • Strong foundation in data modeling, SQL, and working knowledge of Python
  • Proficiency in documenting technical workflows and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with client needs and use cases
  • Support Account Executives (AEs) during discovery and technical validation phases to ensure prospects meet success criteria
  • Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of POCs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, clear milestones, and a successful handoff to post-sales teams
  • Develop data-driven workflows and API integrations within Keboolaโ€™s platform to showcase its capabilities
  • Act as a domain expert within the Sales Engineering team, supporting AEs in complex discussions and sharing best practices
  • Contribute thought leadership content to promote Keboolaโ€™s platform within the data community
