Summary

Join SecurityScorecard's Solutions Architect team as a trusted cybersecurity advisor and strategic partner to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with U.S. sales teams, engaging in technical pre-sales activities such as platform demonstrations, addressing technical and business questions, and advising on industry best practices. The ideal candidate possesses solid experience in cybersecurity, information security, and third-party risk management. Success requires strong technical and cybersecurity expertise, a consultative approach, and excellent communication skills. You will partner with sales to understand customer needs, design solutions, and support revenue growth. This role involves leading technical pre-sales efforts, collaborating cross-functionally, and developing subject matter expertise in supply chain cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales, or Technical Account Manager) with a background in cybersecurity, OR possession of cybersecurity-related certifications
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences
  • Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • Comfortable working the relevant hours to support clients in Brazil and Iberia

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer technical requirements, design tailored solutions, and support revenue growth and customer success
  • Lead technical pre-sales efforts by delivering platform demos, managing Proof of Value (PoV) engagements, and representing SecurityScorecard at industry events and executive roundtables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback and help shape the product roadmap
  • Capture and report success metrics from PoVs
  • Apply MEDDIC methodology to support effective sales cycles
  • Develop subject matter expertise in supply chain cybersecurity
  • Foster collaboration across diverse work styles and personalities
  • Build strong internal relationships with teams such as Marketing, Support, and Customer Success
  • Act as a strong internal advocate for prospective customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISA, GCIH, etc.) are a plus
  • Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SIG) is a plus
