Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in a presales focused Data Solutions Architect role
- Proven experience in presales activities, with a focus on Databricks/Microsoft Fabric solutions
- Strong technical background in Databricks/Microsoft Fabric and related technologies
- Extensive experience in consulting, advising clients on data and analytics solutions
- Demonstrated success in team management, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Leverage your in-depth understanding of Databricks/Microsoft Fabric to engage with clients in presales activities, providing comprehensive insights and solutions tailored to their unique needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value of Databricks/Microsoft Fabric solutions
- Possess a robust technical background in Databricks/Microsoft Fabric, enabling you to guide clients through complex technical challenges and articulate the benefits of adopting Databricks/Microsoft Fabric technologies
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Databricks/Microsoft Fabric, ensuring our client's offerings remain innovative and competitive
- Lead and participate in consulting engagements, offering strategic guidance and best practices to clients implementing Databricks/Microsoft Fabric solutions
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable plans, ensuring successful project outcomes
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Databricks/Microsoft Fabric practice team
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, promoting continuous learning and development
- Drive recruitment efforts to expand the team's capabilities and expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications in Databricks/Microsoft Fabric and related technologies are highly desirable
