Summary

The job is for a Solution Architect at Vanta, responsible for supporting the implementation of largest Enterprise customers, understanding their requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the implementation process. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience
  • 3+ years being customer-facing in a Solution Architect or similar role, preferably within the security or compliance industry supporting large Enterprise customers

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation for our largest Enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment of Vanta’s Trust Management Platform
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their security and compliance requirements, and design tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Participate in customer pre- and post-sales scoping calls, and engage in ongoing, recurring collaboration with customers
  • Provide expert guidance on Vanta’s platform capabilities, best practices, and integration strategies
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence product enhancements and address customer feedback
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they are fully equipped to use Vanta’s platform effectively
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic Enterprise customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET
  • Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle and RESTful API design concepts, with considerable experience in scripting against APIs
  • Strong technical background, with proficiency in security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and software integration
