Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, such as Solutions Consultant/Engineer, Sales/Pre-Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect
• Strong technical acumen, with experience integrating APIs, SDKs, and web or mobile technologies (API experience required)
• Proficiency in web architectures, including front-end and server-side structures, focusing on data flow, communication protocols, security practices, and front-end design principles
• Hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience architecting implementations (primarily API-based)
• Ability to engage in pre-sales technical discussions, explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive customer adoption
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for improving processes, enabling others, and driving customer success
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• US work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Act as a partner to the Sales team throughout the sales process (primarily mid market and enterprise customers) to understand customers’ technical and compliance requirements and demonstrate Vouched’s value
• Create and provide solutions to potential hurdles related to implementation, compliance, and adoption
• As the technical SME throughout the sales process, participate in the process of closing net-new customers
• Demonstrate what a potential technical implementation and/or integration of Vouched’s APIs and SDKs will look like to customers
• Architect implementations and act as a resource to the CSM team members responsible for managing implementations
• Manage all implementations
• Create clear and use-case-specific documentation to enable successful adoption
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CSM teams to ensure timely go-lives and successful deployments
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve documentation, and create scalable enablement resources
• Develop training materials and teach others about Vouched’s product capabilities, both internally and externally
• Support strategic customer reviews by providing technical insights and recommendations as needed
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer needs and contribute to Vouched’s product evolution
• Advocate for customer use cases and ensure feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap
• Act as a support resource to existing high-priority customers as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Datadog, Amplitude, Zendesk, Salesforce, and BI platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
