Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Caravel BPM Technology Solutions as a Forward Deployed Engineer to assist prospects and customers in technology evaluations and decisions. You will collaborate with the Go-to-Market team, showcasing technology platforms through demonstrations and creating Statements of Work. Requirements

• 5+ years implementing or using enterprise application solutions (Preferably NetSuite)
• Operates well as an individual contributor but also as a team player
• Detail oriented fluent in effective writing and speaking skills
• Great presentation skills for demonstrations of product as well as review of documentation

Responsibilities

• Selling $4M in consulting services (implementation, managed services, and change orders)
• Working with prospects to provide technical and functional information regarding technology platforms
• Providing demonstrations of relevant technology platforms
• Creating Statements of Work and reviewing Statements of Work with prospects
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing Customers to foster customer satisfaction, referencability and future revenue growth
