Summary

Join Recast Software as a Solutions Engineer to showcase the value of our tools to IT administrators and leaders. Partner with the sales team to understand customer challenges and demonstrate how Recast's products address them through compelling product demos. Collaborate with other teams to improve products and processes. Passionately present Recast products, ask insightful questions to understand customer needs, and translate complex solutions into easily understandable narratives. Implement Recast solutions, guide customers through pilot programs, stay updated on new products and industry trends, and address security and technical requirements. This role requires 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin using MECM (SCCM) and/or Intune, a deep understanding of SCCM, Intune, and other IT infrastructure tools, and experience working with environments exceeding 3,000 endpoints. The ideal candidate will also possess pre-sales or solutions engineering experience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of professional experience as a SysAdmin using MECM (SCCM) and/or Intune
  • You understand the day-to-day world of SCCM, Intune, and other infrastructure tools used by IT teams
  • You enjoy working with customers and are interested in supporting the sales cycle by helping customers solve complex infrastructure problems. You’re comfortable presenting to small groups
  • You’ve worked in environment exceeding 3,000 endpoints

Responsibilities

  • Passionately show off Recast products during technical demonstrations
  • Ask probing questions to fully understand IT administrator and leader needs and how Recast's products/features align
  • Turn complex requirements and solutions into easy to understand stories which persuade individuals, teams, and organizations to desire the outcomes Recast tools deliver
  • Implement Recast solutions and guide customers through pilot / proof of concept engagements in order to win sales
  • Keep up to date on new Recast products/features and changing systems management industry trends
  • Help address Security and Technical Requirements questions as part of sales process
  • Understanding how Recast products can support and be implemented in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pre-Sales or solutions engineering experience
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and learn new products and tools
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • Involvement in the systems management community
  • Broad Windows infrastructure experience
  • Experience with Mac and Linux

Benefits

  • The total on target earnings for this role is $100k-$110k. The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. This role includes additional incentive compensation target of $20,000-$30,000 based on a commission plan. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location
