Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, eCommerce platforms, gateways, APIs, and integration into software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the payment industry
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
  • Able to think critically under pressure
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and diverse audiences
  • Customer-oriented mindset to work closely with clients and internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering) to solve business challenges
  • Ability to write clear, detailed documentation for technical processes and solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced English level (B2+)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team, product, and merchants to drive the successful implementation of Sezzle’s payment solution
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure payment solutions meet market needs and compliance requirements
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to understand their payment needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing guidance and support
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the company’s products or services
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process
  • Assist in creating technical proposals and Request for Proposal responses
  • Act as a technical advisor to customers, recommending solutions and best practices
  • Provide ongoing technical consultation throughout the sales cycle to address questions and challenges
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers in resolving them, often working with support or engineering teams
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems that arise during solution implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Fintech/Payment business background a plus
