Summary
Join Komodo Health as a Solutions Lead and become the primary product evangelist, defining product market fit and championing new client acquisition. You will quarterback new client acquisition, collaborate across multiple departments, influence the product roadmap, and drive go-to-market strategies for top-line growth. Within your first year, you will increase deal flow from indirect channels, provide subject matter expertise to close deals, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, contribute to the product roadmap, and participate in industry events. This role requires strong domain knowledge, presentation skills, and SaaS technology understanding. Komodo Health offers a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Requirements
- Strong domain knowledge, including 10+ years of deep domain experience
- Deep understanding of how to craft SOWs (including: data migrations, integrations, training, implementation approaches)
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS technology
- Proven success working in a team environment within a SaaS product/IT services organization
Responsibilities
- Increased deal flow sourced from indirect channels (e.g. conferences, inbound marketing responses, Salesforce.com) - measured quarterly
- Providing subject matter expertise to drive new ARR and NRR deals to closure - measured quarterly
- Strong relationship with Salesforce Life Science Cloud segment leader
- Contribute to product roadmap
- Co-presenting with a customer at an industry conference and/or hosting a customer event at an industry conference
- SME for RFP responses and key contributor to RFP oral presentation
- Crafting LoEs and Statement of Work (SoWs) for phase 1 product initiatives
- Identify industry specific conferences to attend and be the QB for these conferences
- Networking with SFDC AEs and evangelizing product capabilities
- Quarterback market strategies and content creation and partner with marketing on execution
- GTM champion for product partners (e.g. identifying partnerships and negotiating partner contracts)

- Strong understanding of Salesforce technology
- Fluent with the Salesforce ecosystem & mothership
- Strong industry/domain network
- Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence within enterprise applications
