Join WRS Health as a Solutions Sales Architect, a dynamic sales leadership role focused on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will execute and oversee the end-to-end sales process, fostering strong client relationships and developing innovative strategies for improved customer experience and lead conversion. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, managing the sales pipeline, and preparing reports for senior management. This independent contractor position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Master's preferred), 5+ years of IT sales experience (preferably software or SaaS), and proven success in consultative and solution-oriented selling. The role is remote, with hours within standard US business hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required
  • With minimum of 5 years selling experience in IT preferably handling software or SaaS solutions
  • Excellent track record in selling Software / SaaS solutions, preferably in Healthcare industry
  • Proven experience in HubSpot, specifically in setting up sales workflows
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
  • Proven track record to meet and/or exceed business targets
  • Knowledge of using social media platforms for customer acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving results through collaboration and motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee end to end sales process to position WRS Health capabilities using a consultative/solution selling approach
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives
  • Develop innovative strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion, utilizing insights from HubSpot CRM data and customer feedback
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data in HubSpot to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Track sales-related discussions and next steps with prospective customers
  • Maintain accurate data entry and track all sales activities within HubSpot CRM
  • Assist with the setup and optimization of automated workflows within HubSpot
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining sales achievements, challenges, market trends, and recommendations for growth
  • Oversee the development and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates on sales opportunities and activities
  • Optimize the sales process and experience from pre-sale to post-sale
  • End-to-end management of revenue-generating partnerships, including pipeline development, sourcing (inbound, outbound, long-term strategic), deal viability evaluation, business term negotiations, and deal operationalizing
  • Actively engage with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and related Centers of Influence
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the consumer market, usage patterns and overall competitive landscape

Preferred Qualifications

Masterโ€™s degree in Business Administration is preferred
