Summary

Join our 9-week Internship Development Program and gain valuable experience in Sourcing and Procurement. As a Sourcing and Procurement Summer Intern, you will partner with the Procurement and Contracting team to provide support and assistance with their day-to-day functions.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is a rising senior majoring in Finance, Risk Management, Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility, adaptable to change and fast-paced environments
• Positive attitude
• Be detail oriented and highly organized
• Possess strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and mitigating daily vendor risk alerts - Daily
• Following up on past due diligence items - Daily
• Assist in risk reporting (analyzing and building) - Monthly
• Clearing "Pending Action" items in Coupa - Weekly
• Follow up on Pending Receipts/Approvals in Coupa - Weekly
• Run reports and create dashboards for expenses and spend - Monthly
• Assist in contract inventory management – Weekly
• Provide support in contract review – Daily
• Assist in supplier management – Daily
• Create reporting on RFP activity - Monthly
