Summary

Join our team as a Sourcing Support Specialist! We empower smarter business operations by connecting equipment, software, and services to protect, control and optimize assets within electrical infrastructures. As a key member of our sourcing operation, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of purchase orders, maintaining supplier data, reporting, and document management.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and good patience are required. Need to handle various details and follow up with different vendors and key end users
• Good learning ability, can work under pressure, work hard, smartly and with a great sense of team spirit and cross-function team cooperation ability
• Able to communicate and write in English

Responsibilities

• Track the PO delivery schedule and ensure on time
• Handle, check invoices and send to finance department to arrange payment
• Support supplier on-board process
• Support the statistics of sourcing data

Preferred Qualifications

Post-graduate is preferred
