Sourcing Manager

Summary

Join CoreWeave's Global Supplier Management and Sourcing team as a Global Sourcing Manager, playing a key role in establishing strategic partnerships to drive technical innovation, maintain quality, and achieve cost savings. You will lead sourcing initiatives for critical hardware, build supplier relationships, and ensure supply chain resilience. Leverage your expertise in hardware, negotiation, and collaboration to optimize the total cost of ownership for our expanding global infrastructure. Lead cross-functional teams in supplier selection, secure favorable agreements, and continuously assess supplier performance. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping business and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain and related industries
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration. Equivalent experience in high-tech commodity management will be considered
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills
• Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps to drive continuous improvement
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Maintain a pulse on emerging technologies and industry trends to conduct insightful competitive analyses
• Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with executive leadership at core suppliers, influencing their business models and technology roadmaps
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead complex supplier negotiations, manage RFQs/RFPs, and finalize business awards
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Own and implement master supply agreements and statements of work (SOWs)
• New Product Introduction (NPI) & Production Support: Drive commercial engagements for prototype sourcing and development, supporting seamless transitions from NPI to mass production
• Supply Chain Optimization: Propose and implement innovative supply chain enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a technical, engineering field, or Business Administration (Preferred)
