Remote Sourcing Recruiter

Join our dynamic recruitment agency as a skilled Sourcing Recruiter, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches to identify top talent for diverse roles. This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter License
• Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and keyword optimization
• Experience sourcing for a variety of roles across different industries
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and keyword optimization to source candidates for various roles across different industries
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates, building relationships and maintaining communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring timely follow-ups and regular check-ins
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly
• Track and report on sourcing activities, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment
• Knowledge of additional sourcing platforms and tools
