Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency or start-up setting
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and technical frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Workable and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, technical communities) to identify and attract qualified technical professionals
• Assess candidates' technical skills through technical interviews, coding challenges, or other relevant assessments
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent, tracking candidate progress and engagement
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their technical needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and compensation benchmarks
