Requirements

• Proven experience as a community engagement specialist or in a related role
• Previous experience in the blockchain & crypto industry
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Twitter, Discord, Canva, and AI content generators
• Ability to generate creative, low-lift content like memes and AI-generated art
• Strong task management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Creative and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Act as community ambassadors, creating and sharing engaging content
• Interact with community members via 'ghost' personas on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and other channels
• Generate simple content such as memes, copy, and AI-generated art to build brand awareness
• Maintain quality accounts for different ghost personas
• Contribute to the strategic development of community engagement plans
• Create crypto wallets and apply to bounties online
