Sourcing Specialist (Mid Level)

Summary

Join a fast-paced, fully remote recruitment team as a Sourcing Specialist. You will be responsible for expanding sourcing channels, managing job board integrations, and boosting the recruiting brand's visibility through marketing and paid ads. This role requires 2+ years of experience in sourcing and recruitment marketing and a strong understanding of digital channels. You will collaborate with various teams and utilize multiple tools to optimize sourcing operations and attract top talent. The position offers a fully remote work environment with a set schedule.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, high-volume hiring, or talent acquisition marketing
• Experience managing job boards and ATS integrations (Ashby is a plus)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns for recruitment
• Ability to write compelling recruitment content
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and marketing skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS, CRM, and digital marketing tools
• Data-driven mindset, able to track and optimize sourcing performance

Responsibilities

• Identify and integrate new sourcing platforms and job boards with Ashby
• Improve job distribution to increase inbound candidate flow
• Monitor job board performance metrics and suggest optimization plans with the Sourcing Manager
• Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, and other digital platforms
• Post engaging recruitment content to boost brand visibility and attract top candidates
• Oversee paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn & Meta) to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates
• Work closely with the Sourcing Manager, Recruiters, and Marketing Team to align sourcing efforts
• Utilize Social media channels, Canva, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Brevo, WhatsApp, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace to manage sourcing operations
• Track sourcing performance and suggest process improvements to improve efficiency
