Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience dedicated to business application support & enhancements with a proven track record of successful delivery in a scaling enterprise environment
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on technical experience in implementing and supporting SaaS business applications in Finance & HRIS domains such as Sage Intacct ERP, NetSuite, ZIP, HiBob, Workday, CaptivateIQ, Navan etc
  • Technical background in integration tools like Zapier/Workato and native APIs to enable workflows and data feeds between 3rd-party SaaS platforms and point solutions
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java/HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Python/ SQL/SSJS/Apps Script) to support SaaS applications and Integrations

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and improve multiple SaaS applications in the Finance & HRIS domain as a technical subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with the PMO, IT Operations, and cross-functional business departments to analyze system requirements or issues and provide solutions
  • Improve overall SaaS applications management, support, and enhancement processes and identify ways to continuously advance our apps
