Summary

Join NiCE, a global market leader, as an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple product releases and initiatives. You will define program objectives, develop detailed plans, and oversee execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and address resource constraints. Prepare regular program status reports and maintain comprehensive documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role requires 10+ years of industry experience, including 6-8 years in program management, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).

Requirements

  • Overall 10+ years of industry experience
  • Minimum ~6-8 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading successful programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex programs
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate and resolve complex issues and conflicts
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, PowerBI, EazyBI) and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates
  • Oversee the execution of products within the program, ensuring alignment with the program goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product managers, technical managers, DevOps, tech writers etc
  • Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate program success
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with program objectives
  • Identify and address resource constraints, adjusting plans as necessary to maintain program momentum
  • Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including plans, schedules, risk assessments, and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the program team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Contact Center or SaaS domain is preferred
  • Masterโ€™s degree preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
