Requirements

  • Have mobile & web solutions experience
  • Be highly organized and manage complex lists of objectives, sequence, and priority
  • Build credibility within executive ranks of client companies
  • Build credibility within the company in order to create cross-functional cooperation
  • Conduct effective meetings both within the company and with the customer, including management of action items and follow-up
  • Identify and coordinate sales opportunities with both inside and outside sales teams
  • Identify, understand, and adapt to culture systems within client companies
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills that engender trust, resolve conflict, and create mutual accountability within an account team
  • Be process oriented and have experience in technology that is relevant to the job
  • Experience working with fortune 1000 companies preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high value accounts and act as the primary point of contact between the client’s upper management and Tillster
  • Promote Tillster products and services to client’s upper management
  • Develop strategic relationships with client’s upper management to maximize their knowledge of Tillster products and services
  • Manage all details of the relationship, including referrals to sister brands or markets that can be pursued by the Sales team
  • Measure performance against two primary criteria: client satisfaction and account retention, revenue and profit growth within the account
