Summary

The Sr. Associate, Executive Communications role at Nutrafol involves managing the CEO's social media accounts, creating content strategies, video editing, and managing publicity needs. This is a 6-month contract, part-time remote position with requirements for experience in managing publicity and crafting content for C-Suite Executives.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience managing publicity, and crafting content for social media for a C-Suite Executive in a fast-growing brand; a passion for health/wellness is preferred
  • Strong editing skills in Adobe PhotoShop, Premiere and AfterEffects; Figma experience is a plus
  • Portfolio showcasing a mix of work across social media platforms is required, including writing samples
  • Motion graphics experience is a plus, as is simple animation
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including speaking, writing, and interfacing with all levels of internal and external teams
  • Flexible to work autonomously
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics and how they inform content strategy
  • Ability to flex between concepting, shooting, editing, posting, and managing publicity need

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a content calendar for the CEO/Co-Founder’s personal social media accounts (Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Creating and editing content for social posts including copy, imagery, and video
  • Posting all content to social media channels, and measuring success and engagement
  • Manage publicity needs, including correspondence, book and manage all CEO publicity opportunities (events, speaking opportunities, etc.), and create post-recaps
  • Collaborate with the internal PR team to create an ongoing publicity calendar for the CEO/Co-Founder
  • Assist with Executive Prep: research, drafting correspondence, and creating/reviewing talking points for speaking engagements and events
  • Manage and oversee feedback and learnings from post-events and identify opportunities to increase awareness through recaps and reports
