Sr. Bookkeeper

Summary

The job is for a Senior Bookkeeper at a strategic finance and accounting firm. The candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, bank transactions, reconciliations, and other finance-related duties. The role requires a degree in Accounting, 5-7 years experience with Quickbooks Online, exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• 5-7 years experience with Quickbooks Online
• Ability to utilize and maintain accounting-related software platforms (Bill.com, payroll provider platforms, SaaS Optics, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reports
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and other critical success factors
• Ability to deal with various personalities, cooperate with team members, and work under pressure

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, bank transactions, reconciliations, and other finance-related duties
