Summary

The job description is for a Senior Business Value Consultant position at Highspot. The position can be remote or in-office depending on location. The base salary range is $124,800 - $216,000 with an On Target Earnings (OTE) range of $156,000 - $270,000.

Requirements

  • 5-7 yrs of analyst/Business Value experience or 3-5yrs industry experience - developing and owning enablement strategies within a large organisation
  • Possess strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of how organizations across various industries generate revenue
  • Familiarity with Sales Technology, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity Highspot or similar Field Enablement platforms

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to challenge status quo in first sale and expansion opportunities
  • Engage with customers and prospects up to VP/Executive level across various industries to understand their business objectives, challenges, and revenue goals and articulate the value of strategic enablement
  • Build an informed point of view on the business outcomes we can drive for our prospects and customers to influence their GTM programmes
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, ROI analyses, and business cases that demonstrate the strategic benefits of our solutions and build a case for change
  • Engage with our partners in opportunities to help them understand the value of Highspot and strategic enablement
  • Use excellent presentation skills and subject matter expertise to contribute to marketing initiatives (eg webinars and customer events)
  • Use excellent workshop facilitation skills to help our prospects and customers see the value of enablement and the Highspot platform
  • Recommend tactics for enablement success using experience and the Highspot platform
