Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration or a related field
  • At least five (5) years of progressive experience in the analysis, design, implementation and administration of compensation programs
  • Experience with Success Factors preferred
  • Strong computer skills required; proficiency in Google Suite with intermediate to advanced Sheets/Excel skills
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Strong math skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and provide recommendations
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong knowledge of FLSA and EEO regulations required; general knowledge of State and Federal wage laws

Responsibilities

  • Completes compensation analysis for HRBP’s and managers on an ongoing basis
  • Participates in compensation project initiatives and plays a key role in the project deliverables
  • Supports the administration of Annual Merit and Incentive review and processes
  • Participates in review, analysis, creation and administration of company-wide compensation; works with HRBPs and leadership to roll-out changes within the organization
  • Develops and documents compensation procedures to streamline processes
  • Prepares compensation data models and analytics for mergers and acquisitions
  • Assists the Compensation team on a variety of projects including job architecture, program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs, when applicable
  • Manages survey process by recommending new sources, tracking the survey budget, participating in surveys and resolving all follow-up issues
  • Manages the survey participation process and analysis
  • Manages the Willis Towers Watson software system including the uploading of annual survey results, ensuring the integrity of the data in the tool, maintenance of system, etc
  • Works with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that the HRIS and payroll systems meet compensation needs; assists with planning, testing and implementation of system upgrades and changes
  • Prepares communications for salary and bonus programs
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
