Requirements

  • Understand technical, and engineering specifications, and multi-departmental lifecycles
  • Be operationally minded, relationship-driven, and able to influence without authority
  • Have a deep understanding of various technical interdependencies of complex, large software development efforts, in a multi cloud environment
  • Exceptional track record of building, leading and delivering strategic transformation programs
  • Ability to influence without authority and to enable and support leaders to make trade-off decisions supported with data
  • Understand budgeting, cloud optimization, and work closely with finance on fiscal project planning
  • Understanding of the cloud technology landscape and key certifications (SOC2, ISO27001)
  • External vendor management
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • Experience managing task and resource data in Jira
  • Experience leading a cloud transformation within a B2B organization

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive transformational and multi-year strategic initiatives in support of Pindrop's core strategy with clear and measurable success criteria
  • Work cross-functionally with all functions across Pindrop to build and deliver on a holistic project plan to execute the strategy set by the company
  • Provide program oversight focusing on ensuring that the product, engineering, and research teams are cross-functionally aligned, interdependencies identified, and on track

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of the Voice security market (nice to have)
