Summary

The job is for a Program Manager at Zeta, a Next-Gen Banking Tech company. The role involves managing the implementation of the Tachyon platform for clients, including understanding the platform, planning and strategy, hiring and training, program execution, stakeholder management, technical problem solving, pre-sales assistance, and more.

Requirements

• Overall 15+ years of experience across Engineering and Consulting roles
• Engineering degree (BE/BTech) is a must, an MBA is a plus as well
• Coding experience for at least 3-5 yrs
• Good experience in conducting workshops with large senior management groups and presenting solutions to a large audience

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Tachyon platform
• Take the handover of the contract from Sales and work with the Client counterparts to understand the overall scope of the program
• Build a high-performing multi-functional team
• Be on top of the overall program execution
• Lead the Solutioning workshops with the clients
• Define and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Liaise with various product and program managers of Zeta
• Build a strong relationship with the client and act as a single-stop solution for all their related to Tachyon
• Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams during the Sales process
