Sr. Marketing Lead in United States

Summary

The Sr. Marketing Lead, EMEA will create and execute regional marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the 1Password brand, generate demand, and convert that demand into pipeline. They will collaborate with various teams to localize and run demand programs, determine where unique programs are needed, and lead field events and trade show sponsorships. This is a remote opportunity within the UK.

Requirements

• Experience running integrated marketing programs and field events that drive customer demand
• Experience localizing campaigns developed by centralized campaigns function
• Experience working in a SaaS business serving the cyber security industry is desired
• 8+ years of Marketing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven track record in deeply understanding various marketing levers available to drive opportunity growth
• Change management experience and proven ability to drive adoption and usage of new program types across a diverse remote GTM organization

Responsibilities

• Create an EMEA marketing plan and carry out regional campaigns for 1Password
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand goals and key accounts, and align regional marketing plans and activities to achieve success
• Be the main point of contact for marketing in EMEA, representing marketing in the EMEA GTM leadership team
• Assess global marketing campaigns and programs for their fit in the EMEA market and lead the localization of essential elements to effectively raise awareness and generate leads
• Work with the digital marketing team to define EMEA localization strategy for digital programming
• Lead field events and trade show sponsorships from planning through on-site management to maximize lead generation
• Coordinate with the brand, creative and content teams to keep the brand consistent and messages clear in EMEA
