Sr Mortgage Broker Assist in Philippines

Summary

ConnectOS is hiring for a mortgage processing role with a monthly package ranging from P35,000 to P43,000. The employee will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience in the mortgage industry with expertise in using specific CRM software. Preferred qualifications are experience with HubSpot and a Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering. Responsibilities include data entry, document management, compliance checks, valuations, pricing requests, credit checks, living expense analysis, calculating basic income, completing servicing calculators, transcribing compliance notes, and assisting in mitigating MIRs and Conditional Approval. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in the mortgage industry specializing in AU loan processing
• Experience in using MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker or other CRM Software in the mortgage broking industry
• Has a good understanding of IT concepts and technologies
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Data entry to MyCRM and Apply Online (AOL)
• Generation of application paperwork, including those for the First Home Buyer scheme, grant applications, and discharge forms
• Document management (collecting, renaming, organising, following up)
• Document Compliance checks (ensuring NCCP requirements are met)
• Valuations, pricing requests, credit checks
• Living expense analysis
• Calculate basic income for PAYG applicants
• Complete basic servicing calculators
• Transcribe compliance notes from dot points to paragraph form
• Assist in mitigating MIRs and Conditional Approval

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HubSpot
• Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering
