Summary

Ethos Veterinary Health is hiring a Senior Operations Support Manager (Sr. OSM) to support their growing hospital portfolio in Maryland, reporting into the Vice President of Operations – East Region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of work experience in an operations-focused environment with progressive leadership responsibilities in a multi-site portfolio is preferred
• Ability to independently analyze large sets of data using Excel and present succinctly to senior leaders using tools such as PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Improve operational and financial performance of practices by focusing on areas such as improving processes and workflows, training staff, supporting recruitment and hiring, implementing new technologies, providing expertise for marketing tactics, and collaborating with Ethos leadership
• Lead a group of complex veterinary hospitals that focus on 24-hour emergency care and/or specialty medicine
