Sr Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager, Marketing Web Platform role at 1Password. The position involves managing a web platform product and ensuring its success with the adoption of a new CMS, improving its usability, stability, quality, data instrumentation, performance, and functionality. The role requires extensive experience with Contentful CMS, knowledge of web data infrastructure, marketing best practices, A/B testing, and experimentation tooling.

Requirements

• 7 years of relevant experience owning a web platform product and being responsible for its success with CMS authoring and experimentation product experience
• Experience with Contentful CMS required; Contentful Certification preferred
• Knowledge of web data infrastructure such as server-side tag manager and a basic knowledge of databases
• Working knowledge of 1st party and 3rd party APIs (e.g. Marketo, Drift, 6Sense, Unleash)
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing best practices and technologies
• Track record of driving business impact through shipping and improving owned product(s)
• Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation tooling, quantitative data fundamentals, and web reporting
• Experience partnering effectively with engineering, data engineering, analytics, and marketing teams
• Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward the product vision and execution, solve problems, and remove roadblocks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scales from technical to non-technical
• Ability to prioritize tasks and use data - both qualitative and quantitative - to drive decision-making
• Demonstrate a growth mindset. Navigate situations with flexibility, curiosity and a positive attitude
