Summary

Requirements

  • Experience in product management: Over 6+ years of end-to-end SaaS product development experience, preferably in a B2B startup, defining vision and strategy for a product
  • User-centric: Comfortable talking to users, conducted user interviews in previous roles, excited about their potential for making informed product decisions
  • Design sense: Believe that good design is about more than just aesthetics, strive to build products that are simple, accessible, and easy to use
  • Open to feedback: Good at managing feedback and using it as a driving force for your work
  • Strong communication skills: With excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with both users and a remote, global team
  • Data-driven: Use data to set the right objectives and find the most effective solutions
  • Detail-oriented: Raise the team's standards for quality and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • User research: Own user research and discovery efforts to gain a deep understanding of our industry, engage with customers, and understand their needs, along with studying analytics to help inform product decisions
  • Roadmapping and prioritization: Work closely with the founders to set the product strategy and roadmap, also set priorities for the engineering team
  • Working cross-functionally with our talented and motivated team: Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the industry's challenges and translate them into user value
  • Developing UI/UX solutions with our design team: Create wireframes and keep a loop of constant feedback
  • Communication and documentation: Communicate efficiently in writing, whether it’s a product brief, PRD, Slack message, ensure every decision is documented

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with compliance tech, and with tools like Amplitude and Figma is a plus
