Requirements

• Product Management Expertise: Extensive experience in managing complex platform services
• Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with internal customers, especially PMs of business applications
• Prioritization and Decision-Making: Excellent skills in managing and prioritizing requirements
• Effective Communication: Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse cross-functional teams
• Documentation and Requirements: Expertise in creating detailed and clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and specifications
• Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure platform performance
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Technical Background: Solid technical foundation, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our platform products
• Drive the evolution of product journey orchestration tools
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver a robust and reusable component library and design system
• Enhance the developer experience by building tools and frameworks that streamline frontend development
• Oversee the navigation architecture of the platform, ensuring a seamless and scalable user experience
• Work closely with engineering teams to define platform architecture, APIs, and integrations
• Contribute to the platform's overall strategy, enabling the scalability and usability of core features
• Collaborate across functions, building strong relationships with engineering, marketing, sales, legal, UX, customer success, and support teams
• Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally
