Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree related to Software engineer, technician, technologist or related
  • 3+ Years minimum in QA testing experience
  • Experience in ServiceNow. Desired
  • Experience in Automation testing. Desired
  • ServiceNow SysAdmin Certification. Desired
  • ITIL Foundations Certified. Desired
  • Strong knowledge in STLC
  • Knowledge in ISTQB
  • Scrum Master Knowledge
  • Scripting Knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Build test cases (follow standard and best practices) to match user stories
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources
  • Develop and execute test cases scripts, plans, and procedures (Manual and Automated) and run manual and automated tests
