Thirdera is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow QA to join their rapidly growing global team as part of their LATAM Team. The role involves building test cases, acting as the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, and developing and executing test case scripts. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related to Software engineer, technician, technologist or related
• 3+ Years minimum in QA testing experience
• Strong knowledge in STLC
• Knowledge in ISTQB
• Scrum Master Knowledge
• Scripting Knowledge
• Upper intermediate English B2+

Responsibilities

• Be responsible of building test cases (follow standard and best practices) to match user stories
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources
• Develop and execute test cases scripts , plans and procedures ( Manual and Automated ) and run manual and automated tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow
• Experience in Automation testing
• ServiceNow SysAdmin Certification
• ITIL Foundations Certified
