Summary

Knowde is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for their software company digitally transforming the chemical industry. The role involves managing complex data implementation projects, collaborating with internal and client teams, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring adherence to project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technically complex data implementation projects as a Technical PM or similar role in a growing tech startup (MDM experience preferred)
• Expert client and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans
• Collaborate with the broader project team including the solutions manager, architect, and CSMs throughout the project
• Manage project scope, timelines, schedules, budgets, teams, and reporting for internal teams and external client teams
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, internal and external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Continually optimize delivery processes and bring best solutions to each client use case
• Drive projects forward with systems implementation process methodology including Waterfall and Agile approaches
