- Superior communication skills and a proven track record of interacting successfully at all levels: individual contributors, management, stakeholders, and executives
- Ability to present past project experiences, such as Project Kickoffs, Steering Committee slides, and Success Criteria, in panel settings
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM Systems projects of various sizes, from project initiation through stabilization
- Manage and execute communications at all levels, from Steering Committee meetings to daily standups
- Anticipate and remove obstacles, with a sense of urgency, that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering project outcomes. Proactively identify project gaps and resolve them
- Implement and enhance agile project management methodologies and best practices, continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery for the team
- Facilitate sprint planning sessions to define and prioritize project work during backlog grooming ceremonies, collaborating with teams to establish achievable goals and commitments

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, external vendors, and product teams
- Be a catalyst within the organization, helping advance our TPM methodology and driving others to adopt change
- Foster effective communication and coordination among team members, ensuring seamless project delivery
