Summary

As a Staff Accountant at Creative Chaos, you will maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and assist with the overall financial management of the company. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with US clients.

• Recording Financial Transactions
• Bank Reconciliations
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• General Journal Entries
• Vendor and Customer Statement Reconciliation
• Month-End Accruals
• Payroll Processing
• Prepaid Expense Schedules
• Fixed Assets Register
• Inventory Reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks or other similar accounting software is a plus
• CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus
