Join Garner's growing team as a Staff Accountant, supporting the accounting team and reporting to the Controller. You will be responsible for day-to-day general ledger activities, accounts receivable operations, customer invoicing, and clear communication of status updates. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of experience in general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years experience in general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations
  • Possess knowledge of journal entries and basic financial concepts
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Show proficiency in Excel, and experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Exhibit proficiency with Google Sheets, and advanced formulas
  • Possess excellent organization and time management skills
  • Hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for day-to-day general ledgering activities
  • Support day-to-day accounts receivable operations
  • Own our AR Mailbox & field internal and external requests and deliverables
  • Take full ownership of our customer invoicing process
  • Clearly communicate status updates & Be comfortable with sharing challenges/unknowns
