Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Accounting
  • 1-3 yearsโ€™ experience in public accounting, corporate finance, or an equivalent role
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and bookkeeping principles
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients in creating annual budgets, analyzing historical data to forecast financial performance
  • Assist clients in expense tracking and monthly contributions to enhance financial planning
  • Work directly with client management teams to interpret financial data and provide strategic financial insights
  • Conduct two business review meetings per year with each client to discuss financial performance, budgets, and upcoming projects
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform general ledger management, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reconciliations
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing by collaborating with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams
  • Maintain financial records and compliance standards (GAAP/IFRS)
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams through daily collaboration and team meetings
  • Develop and present financial reports to internal and external stakeholders for analysis and decision-making
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to streamline financial processes
