Summary

The job is for an experienced analyst at Northbeam, a fast-growing e-commerce marketing intelligence platform company. The role involves understanding marketing data, communicating models to non-technical stakeholders, and working with various teams. Requires expertise in Python, mathematics/statistics, probability, machine learning, and clear communication skills. Good to have experience in research, marketing data, e-commerce, ad-tech, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering roles.

Requirements

• Expertise with Python
• Strong skills in mathematics/ statistics, probability, and/or machine learning
• Experience with differentiable programming or probabilistic programming (e.g. Tensorflow, Pytorch, JAX, Pyro, PyMC)
• Ability to clearly communicate results to non-technical audiences, in English
• Experience (or enthusiasm) with working in a small, fast-paced company
• 6+ years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• MS or PhD with research focus on quantitative or statistical methods
• Prior experience working in marketing data, e-commerce, or ad-tech
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS
• Prior experience working in data engineering roles/ departments
