Staff Product Designer

Summary

As a fully remote Staff Designer, you will steer the strategic direction of our design decisions for staffing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional peers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with peers and cross-disciplinary team members across the company to understand and design features from concept to launch for the staffing domain
• Deeply understand and solve complex problems for our caregivers, customers, partners, and internal teams
• Design simple, easy-to-use experiences, and interfaces that meet domain needs in support of business goals
• Think through high-level product direction and low-level user details
• Engage with research and data peers to inform your design and systems thinking
• Work with the internal Care team to develop deep knowledge of our operations
• Provide and seek feedback from your creative and engineering peers to continuously push the bar for quality
