Staff Product Manager

Summary

Join Euclid Power, a renewable energy software and services company, as a Staff Product Manager. Reporting to the CTO, you will collaborate with senior leadership to significantly impact the renewable energy industry. This hands-on role requires a deep understanding of user needs and the solar industry, enabling you to develop product solutions and strategies. You will lead and mentor product development teams, manage early and mid-career PMs, and contribute to Euclid's long-term product vision. Requirements

• Experience leading high-impact product initiatives in both large product organization and smaller scrappier startup environments
• Previous experience leading product development teams including mentoring and coaching, hiring and performance management
• Experience integrating user input, executive feedback, and industry insights into a cohesive strategy
• A strong product sense, a track record of finding useful and elegant solutions to product problems
• Ability to lead and inspire teams through team-building, collaborative problem solving, and driving consensus
• World-class written and spoken communication skills, the ability to distill complex concepts into a precise and concise frame
• An understanding of how web applications are architected and built, and implications for how products are built

Responsibilities

• Combine an empathetic understanding of user needs with deep dives into the solar industry and business concerns, to generate new insights and ideas
• Collaborate with engineering and design to drive teams forward, breaking down complex tasks and rallying teams around the work
• Define and shape Euclid’s product solutions through well-articulated PRDs and ad hoc forums
• Play a key role in developing Euclid’s long-term product strategy, vision and roadmap
• Manage one or more early and mid-career PMs
