Staff Product Manager

Summary

Join Owner.com, a remote-first, global company, as a guest-facing product manager. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and delightful software experiences for restaurant guests, focusing on quality, design, and craft. Work closely with engineering and design teams to build world-class consumer software for websites, online menus, mobile apps, and more. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of product management experience shipping consumer software, a passion for helping small businesses, and a high bar for usability and design. Requirements

• A passion for helping small business owners thrive - and a belief that great software experiences can be life-changing
• 8+ years of experience in product management
• Experience shipping world class consumer software
• Proven ability to prioritize roadmaps with cross-functional input, balancing product craft, business needs, and technical constraints
• Strong partnership experience with design and engineering teams, delivering polished and high-quality product releases
• An incredibly high bar for usability, polish, and intuitive design
• Comfort using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions, paired with a strong product intuition
• Excellent written communication - ability to create clear specs and artifacts that inspire and align teams
