Requirements

  • Proven success building and scaling platforms from 0-1
  • Strong grasp of early-stage platform requirements and MVP definition
  • Deep understanding of platform architecture, integration methods, and tech stack constraints
  • Passionate about deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions
  • Experience owning and driving strategy across teams while navigating ambiguous environments to deliver impactful results
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to align cross-functional teams and partners around a shared vision

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in crafting workflows

  • Quickly understand partner value propositions
  • Manage multiple integration roadmaps
  • Strategize on how to standardize and productize offerings
  • Recognize patterns across partners and create scalable solutions
  • Manage product strategy while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Work both in the weeds (details) and at the 30K ft view (strategic thinking)
  • Define workflows and processes that allow external partners to integrate their tools with Jane
  • Ensure maximum value for our users
  • Develop strategies to empower our partners
  • Optimize our workflows
  • Help practitioners deliver care more effectively
