Summary

Join Gemini as a Staff Software Engineer (Smart Wallet Security) and contribute to building secure onchain products and services. As a key member of the Onchain team, you will design, build, and integrate security tools to ensure safe user interactions within the onchain ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong expertise in public key cryptography
• A deep passion for security and protecting users
• Solid experience with WebAuthn and related Credential Management browser APIs

Responsibilities

• Build new products and services to meet critical product and business needs using Scala, Typescript, and Solidity
• Enhance security by designing, building, and integrating tools that ensure safe user interactions within the onchain ecosystem
• Set up security frameworks, processes, and tools to effectively monitor and manage risks
• Engage with the broader industry and ecosystem to improve security standards, frameworks, and tools
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into clear plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting security audits for smart contracts, onchain protocols, or blockchain infrastructure
• Experience collaborating with remote teams effectively
• Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly growing company
