Summary

Join Counterpart Health, a Clover subsidiary, as a Technical Program Manager for EHR Integrations! Requirements

  • Have been a Program/Project Manager for an engineering or similar technical team for 3+ years, or you’ve been an engineer on those teams
  • Have been working for an EHR provider or working on EHR integrations
  • Have working knowledge of project management best practices and have experience working with related tools (i.e. Linear, Asana, JIRA, etc.)
  • Have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle competing deadlines
  • Can work flexible hours to collaborate with our engineers in time zones as far away as Hong Kong and New Zealand

Responsibilities

  • Engage with our field teams to develop and facilitate the process to enroll third-party clinical practices in our EHR integrations
  • Drive new EHR implementations by understanding the various approval processes with each partner and collaborating with internal stakeholders to build project plans, set timelines, implement features, and communicate with leadership
  • Build relationships with our EHR partners to ensure smooth, ongoing management of our existing integrations, i.e. adding new features, testing/approving new app versions, and managing costs
  • Understand the roadmap of our internal EHR team to assist in prioritization exercises and resource management
  • Develop processes that allow internal engineers to start development quickly against multiple EHR environments
  • Write EHR documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Help foster an EHR-first product mentality within the larger Tech organization
