Requirements
- Experience in equity administration at a publicly traded company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Must be meticulous, organized and very detail oriented
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Shareworks or Equity Edge platforms, a plus (Similar tools)
Responsibilities
- Administration of monthly RSU grants and releases, and terminations
- Help administer ESPP Program, including enrollment, contribution changes, purchases, limits and refunds
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports
- Audit monthly grants awarded, and shares canceled
- Monitor daily option exercises and reconcile payments received
- Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll and 3rd-party vendors
- Maintain SOX compliance and controls and complete audit requests
- Prepare Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4, & 5)
- Monitor trading windows and maintain preclearance list
- Identify gaps in processes
- Make sure timelines are followed and checklists are completed
- Maintain equity calendars
